Scroll.in is looking for a talented reporter with strong investigative skills to join its award-winning reporting team.

The candidate is expected to pursue high-impact, in-depth reportage that surfaces new information and produces significant insights into neglected areas of our national life. The candidate must have at least three years of relevant experience in journalism or related fields, and demonstrable expertise in the subjects they propose to cover.

A major area of interest to the newsroom is the intersection of politics, technology and civic rights. Another area of interest is the political economy. However, we are keen to hear from investigative reporters across the board, about the subjects and stories they would like to tackle. The selection for this position will be greatly informed by the quality of ideas proposed by a candidate. 

The preferable locations for this position are Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
