Scroll.in is looking for a social media editor with digital news experience, who is hard-working, enthusiastic, creative, and understands all things audience.

Experience required: Minimum 2-3 years in a newsroom. Candidates without newsroom experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a social media manager/executive in a digital newsroom.
IMPORTANT: We won't consider candidates who don't have digital newsroom experience.

2. An unhealthy amount of interest in what's happening in the world.

3. Proficiency in utilizing various digital tools and platforms, including but not limited to Canva, Google Analytics, and Google Trends

4. Understanding of Google Search, Google News, and social media algorithms.

Location: This position is open for candidates in Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
